An official local preliminary to the Miss California and Miss America competitions, the Miss Placentia/Yorba Linda Scholarship Program awards thousands of dollars of educational scholarships each year to its qualified delegates. The mission of this non-profit, all-volunteer organization is to empower the young women of Placentia and Yorba Linda to achieve their personal, scholastic, and professional goals.
