Julianne Rocke is a Junior at El Dorado High School. Her Talent is Flamenco, which is the traditional dance of Spain. She has been dancing since the age of four and has performed in countless shows and venues. Julianne’s Community Service Initiative is Helping Hands, which focuses on educating her community on the importance of kindness through leading by example. In hopes of making a change in her community, Julianne has spread Helping Hands to over 700 students in the Placentia/Yorba Linda School District.

Being a titleholder within the Miss America Scholarship Organization has been Julianne’s dream for three years and this February she was blessed with the title of Miss Placentia’s Teen 2024 to represent her city at the Miss California 2024 Competition. Her year as a titleholder has already been incredibly impactful, through making a huge improvement in her public speaking and interview skills as well as becoming a leader in every aspect of her life.
